Where do orders ship from?
China. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit to the contiguous United States. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Do US orders have import charges on delivery?
Our US shipments use a duties-paid service. We cover import duties and import taxes, so you should not be asked to pay these on delivery. Contact us if a carrier requests an import payment.
What does shipping cost?
For the Clarvio Visio offer, one pair has US$6.95 standard shipping to the contiguous United States; bundles of two or more pairs ship free. Check your order total before paying.
Can I return my purchase?
Contact us within 90 days of delivery. Change-of-mind and unsuitable-strength returns go to Shenzhen, China, at the customer's international return-postage expense. We provide the full warehouse address by email. See the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and exceptions.

Do I have to buy an add-on?
No. Each offer is optional and charged only after you accept its stated price. Declining it leaves your original order unchanged.
How do I choose a lens strength?
Check the product's specifications and any recommendation from your eye-care professional. An age range is only a general guide, not a prescription. We do not promise that one pair can replace all prescription or distance eyewear.
